The business was established in 2000 By the George and Jim Mclatchie. Between them they have over 60 years experience in the baking industry and are also part of the master bakers assciaton.

Most recently We have invested in the development of our designer wedding and celebration department

Andrew Hoffin our cake designer has had some of the best training in scotland mostly from Designer-cakes.com.

He has also had training from the award winning author and cake designer Maisie Parrish.
